(I)      PROPOSED WMSB DISPOSAL;
(II)     PROPOSED WSPL DISPOSAL; AND
(III)    PROPOSED CHANGE OF NAME

COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS "PROPOSALS"

Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 1 April 2026 and 10 June 2026 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as those used in the Announcements.

Further to the Announcements, on behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that the Vendor and the Purchaser had on 18 September 2026 entered into an extension letter agreement to amend the SPA 1 and SPA 2, as supplemented by the Supplemental Documents dated 10 June 2026, by extending the Long Stop Date from six (6) months to eight (8) months from the date of the SPA 1 and SPA 2, or such other date as may be agreed in writing between the parties.

Save for the aforementioned extension, the other salient terms of the SPA 1 and SPA 2 remain unchanged.
