NEW CONTRACT AWARDED |

The Board of Directors of Willowglen MSC Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that on 28 August 2026, the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Willowglen Services Pte Ltd ("WSPL") has been awarded a contract valued at approximately RM108,000,000 for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical, security and monitoring systems.
The identity of the customer is not disclosed as WSPL is subject to confidentiality obligations under the agreement entered into with the customer and has sought but has not obtained the customer's consent to disclose its identity.
The contract duration is 8 years and 11 months, commencing on 19 August 2026.
The contract is expected to contribute positively to the Group's earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending 31 December 2026 to 2035.
The contract is not renewable and the risks in respect of the contract are the normal business risks.
None of the directors and / or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect in the new contract awarded.
